This chef brings with him an impressive career and rich array of accolades. He received the prestigious Bocuse d’Argent and was awarded First Chef of Belgium by Gastronomic Club Prosper Montagné. He won the Delta d’Or and was named Grand de Demain by Gault&Millau in 2000. With this impressive record and a creative vision, his creations contribute to a surreal overall experience.
